This website is operated by From Sir With Love, LLC. The words ‘you’ and ‘your’ used throughout this website and these terms and conditions, refer to the buyer/client. The words ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ used throughout this website and these terms and conditions refer to From Sir With Love, the seller.

By accessing or using any part of the website, you will be subject to the terms and conditions as stated herein. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our Website.  From Sir With Love reserves the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason, with or without advance notice. 

DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

Our Collection Suites are carefully designed with customizable elements.  We cannot offer major changes to any Collection piece beyond the personalization options stated on the product page.  You will receive a PDF draft of your designs for final sign-off. At this time, you will review and confirm that every detail is accurate: the layout, font style, wording, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Upon your satisfaction, you must submit final approval before production begins. Any changes made by you after receipt of final approval [but before production] may result in additional fees for new printing plate creation or materials, for which you will be responsible.

DESIGN TIMING

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a digital proof within 3-5 business days. If you fail to include any required information on your order (such as event date, location, etc.) we cannot proceed with your order until such information has been provided to us. The design process will not begin until we have complete information from you; therefore, all production timelines which may have been provided to you cannot be guaranteed until all necessary details and information are received.  If you choose to include a photograph on your item (such as on the back of your save the date) you are responsible for providing it to us in a timely manner and in a high-resolution image format.  Failure to do so may incur further delays in the proofing and/or production timelines.  We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design and production of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information.

CANCELLATIONS

We hope you will not have to cancel your project. However, if circumstances require cancelation prior to production, 50% of the order shall be retained by From Sir With Love as a cancellation fee. This fee covers our time in personalizing your selections and customizing the collection to your specifications. Unfortunately, once the project is in production and has gone to print, we are unable to make any changes or provide a refund. If the project is already in production, you will be charged for re-printing at the original order price.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

We work with amazing local and small-batch businesses and as a result, items may become unavailable at the time of purchase.  We will make great efforts to restock as soon as possible.  In the event a product’s availability changes, we will contact you with the available alternate similar product of equal or greater value.  Also, vendors may update their product packaging and ingredient lists. While we strive to display the newest images, on occasion actual packaging may differ from what is on our website. For most current information about a product, please contact the vendor directly.

FOOD ALLERGY AWARENESS

Food products that From Sir With Love provide are generally labeled with possible allergen ingredient list from the manufacturer. Any non-labeled food always has a risk of possible allergen contamination. If there are dietary guidelines or food allergies, please contact From Sir With Love before purchasing. From Sir With Love will not assume any liability for injury or unfavorable reactions to food consumed including labeled and non-labeled food products.

HAND DELIVERY

Delivery fees for welcome gifts are determined by location and number of stops. The client is responsible for submitting the final list of gift recipients per venue. From Sir With Love is not responsible for gifts after they have been delivered and signed for by venue personnel. It is the responsibility of the personnel of the venue to notify the guest that there is a gift at the front desk and/or present the guest with the gift. We do not offer refunds for packages not provided to hotel guests once the responsibility has been assumed by hotel personnel. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. From Sir With Love is not responsible for the delivery of welcome gifts to hotel guest rooms. It is your responsibility to know and abide by the hotel’s policies regarding welcome gifts and any associated fees that may apply. In the case that a hotel or accommodation charges a fee for holding welcome gifts or distributing welcome gifts, the client will assume full responsibility for this charge.  When shipping directly to hotels, please contact the hotel sales director and make arrangements prior the arrival of the gifts.

SHIPPING

We ship our products via FedEx or UPS Ground (USPS priority upon request). Shipping costs are your responsibility, and it is your responsibility to provide correct shipping/delivery information. Accurate and complete information is required to avoid additional fees as well as delays in your order. Be sure to include accurate shipping information including full name, street address, apartment #, suite #, zip code, etc. If possible, include recipients telephone number as well as your day-time telephone number. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal, we will charge a re-delivery fee. If an item is forwarded by FedEx due to incorrect shipping information, an address correction fee is charged to us and in turn will be charged to you. We cannot provide a refund on delivery or shipping charges. We are not responsible for packages unclaimed from FedEx/UPS. If packages are returned to us because they were unclaimed, we can arrange to have the gift sent to an alternate address for an additional shipping fee. We do not offer refunds because a package was not claimed by your recipient. FedEx drivers obtain signatures at their discretion unless a signature is specifically required by the sender. Packages might be left at the residence without obtaining a signature. Signature service is an extra charge. If you would like to request a signature for your package, please call us to place your order by telephone. In the event your goods arrive damaged, we must receive notification within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photographs of the damaged shipping box as well as the damaged goods and submit them immediately to us at welcome@fromsirwithlove.com. 

WARM WEATHER WARNING

The temperatures for the months of May through October can grow hot.  Therefore, we encourage you to stay away from chocolates and other meltable items. Please note that ordering items subject to melting is at your own risk. Quality upon delivery of these items cannot be guaranteed and From Sir With Love will not issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION

Our specialty is designing event branding from invitations to day-of items to welcome gifts.  However, we can use existing artwork provided by you. Any existing artwork submitted to From Sir With Love for use within your gift will be printed without any edits. Please make sure the artwork submitted is accurate, as we will not refund customized items.

MARKETING

From Sir With Love reserves the right to include a business card and/or insert card inside each welcome gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products and designs on social media, industry blogs, and our website. 

MODIFICATIONS TO PRICING AND SERVICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns of any custom services, personalized items, or food items.  We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All other From Sir With Love trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, company names and indicia of origin referred to on this website are the property of From Sir With Love. You may not use any trademark, service mark, domain name, logo, company name, trade name or indicia of origin of From Sir With Love or any third party without permission from the owner. All rights are reserved. All other trademarks, product and company names, and logos appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners.  This website and all of its content is owned by From Sir With Love, which solely reserves the right to authorize third party usage. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, modification, posting, distributing, duplication, or any other misuse of the material is strictly prohibited. Any use of the material other than as permitted by From Sir With Love may constitute copyright, trademark, and/or patent infringement.

To fulfill your order, we collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you are ordering.  You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information if you contact us directly. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
